It was clean with a very spacious room and a balcony overlooking the pools and jungle-like setting where we could see monkeys, etc. The staff at the hotel provide excellent service and help with explaining excursions and recommend ones that suit your specific wants/needs. "We (4 adults) enjoyed our stay very much. Finding this hidden treasure off the main road was a little difficult the first time, but we learned the visual landmarks quickly. We felt VERY secure inside the Suites and it was quiet and relaxing. Located in a neighborhood, we had very pleasant interactions with the local residents and frequented the grocery store nearby. David, the Manager, was WONDERFUL with communication and photos showing us where to park, how to gain entrance and get to our rooms...
