"Beautiful location, stunning mountain views and the clouds just roll on in to your balcony. Walking distance to some cool places and restaurants. They have a good shuttle service to the forest. Only feedback is some of the staffs attitudes, 2 of the employees were helpful, friendly and kind. The rest seemed snobby and almost judgemental. Could've been 5 stars if it weren't for that. "The staff at Poco a Poco were so incredibly kind and accommodating, they were a pleasure every time we had a question or needed something. "The property is nice, kept neat and clean. We were there in the off season so it was very quiet. Remember there is no ac in this area of Costa Rica. They do not offer cots in the rooms so if you are traveling as a family this could be an issue. Otherwise the breakfast was wonderful, the jacuzi was covered so you can use even in the rain."
