"My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hilton Rose Hall we had an amazing time! From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIP! We were meet at the lobby entrance by Shane in which he welcomed us and made us feel like true guests! Next we were checked in by Sharlet who was amazing! She told us all about the different amenities and activities, she even told us about the dining in detail because we are foodies! She really got us excited for the next couple days of relaxation! We enjoyed all the staff tremendously but honorable mentions were definitely Sharlet, Shane and Jermaine! They made us feel like family and we will definitely be coming back to see them! Also the FOOD is amazing and authentic to Jamaica, the Oxtail the Curried Goat were exceptional! My son’s favorite part was the breakfast buffet and of course the water slide!!!! My favorite activity was the Catamaran ride the views were breathtaking and our captain made sure we had a great experience! I have nothing bad to say about the Hilton Rose Hall definitely a favorite of my family and I! "

"I loved this property! This resort was very private, family friendly, couples friendly. There wasnt much pools but the ones that was there was very cute and demour. The staff was super friendly and understanding. I felt safe. The food was delicious and drinks were on point!. We went on a weekday unfortunately some restaurants were closed. This hotel is also not to far from Mo Bay airport. The scenery was amazing and you can actually pay to have a private dinner on the beach. Speaking of the beach they had a jerk chicken stand there . That jerk chicken was great! I loved this place and will definitely come back. "

When I initially arrived in Jamaica for a business trip, I was hesitant about my accommodation choices as I was looking to avoid the high costs of all-inclusive hotels. However, as soon as I entered Hotel 39, my perception changed. Despite my initial skepticism, the receptionist, the security guard at the gate, and even the general manager impressed me with their warm greetings and helpful demeanor. The level of friendliness and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff was truly remarkable. While I refrain from singling out specific individuals to avoid any unintended implications, I must emphasize that every staff member I interacted with deserves recognition for their outstanding hospitality. I would easily rate the service provided by the staff at Hotel 39 a perfect score of 100 out of 100. Their attentiveness and courteousness surpassed that of many larger establishments in Montego Bay and surrounding areas. It is important to note that Hotel 39 caters more towards adult clientele and solo travelers, making it an ideal choice for business trips or leisure stays for adults. I would not recommend this venue for families with children, as the atmosphere and amenities are tailored towards a more mature audience. In conclusion, I am already looking forward to my next visit to Jamaica"
