"The property layout is great. Its not a huge resort so easy to get around. No shuttle required onsite. The staff is kind of friendly but that is expected of Jamaica being on “island time” all year round lol. The steak house is to be avoided. We waited for 1.5 hours for food to arrive and just ended up leaving to go to the buffet. The night entertainment was amazing with lots of dancer performers and acrobats for Sat and Sun night. "

"The adult side did not have a tub in the room at the Hideaway Royalton in Jamaica and Expedia made it seem as if they had the tub / jacuzzi in the room. The view wasn't an ocean view. The rooms was very small and the glass in the shower was not as clean. The sensors for the air conditioner was not working properly. "I loved the staff, the room, and the food. However, the property was outdated; I had just been to the pool and beach. It was my anniversary, and they gave me a cake with the words "Happy anniversary." I appreciated that. I would give everything a 7/10."

"Our nanny Deborah was amazing, she kids loved her. The owner is such a kind, down to earth person. The staff were incredible, they made us feel welcome and were so sweet with our kids. The food was delicious. It's a perfect destination if you are travelling with young children and although the property is quite outdated (but very clean), we would love to come back. "
