"My stay at Couples Tower Isle was overall a positive experience. The resort was clean, and our housekeeper did an excellent job, performing daily cleaning and turndown service. "Food was 8/10 , pools and lazy river were filthy. A/c drained my daughter slipped and fell. Bar attendant at the main lobby was very rude. His name is Leoniel. Bell men were very attentive and very friendly. Staff in the main buffet was cordial , Keisha from mangoes was so polite. Very boring hotel! Will definitely not going back to the Hiltons in the near future. Way too expensive for the subpar amenities and property . "

"Upon entry to the complex we were asked twice in a matter of 1 minute who we were and why were we there. The first person, a lady, ushered us through, the second person, a young man would not open the gate and then proceeded to ask the same questions again but in an unfriendly manner.
