Got stuck overnight due to flight issues. Check in girl was nice. Ate at Italian waitress was RUDE!!! Only could get 1 item off of front 1 item off of back. Room was gross dirty and stinky! No toilet paper! Kids ran up and down halls all night! Just stayed overnight so glad we did!

There was alot of issues first the room no tissue, toilet kept breaking down everyday we had to use a bucket for water, lack of pillows and sheets, the food was the same everyday, cats all over the resport what about the people that are allergic nothing seems to be working for things in the water one jaccuzi working for so many people small jacuzzi cabs was very expensive at the resort and their WIFI was horrific

We had no refrigerator in the unit. I had things to store in the refrigerator and asked the managers to assist and they said they cannot, so I had to throw my food in the trash.

I visited this property a while back when I was a child. The environs look the same as far as I remember. The staff were good, loved the food, pool..... My only issue is that it was very rainy and windy my 2 days there and there weren't much indoor entertainment areas and I wasn't informed about a kiddies centre until I passed it on my last night there. However, I do recommend the hotel, especially for families. Their kiddies centre was lovely, I ended up booking a late checkout the morning I was scheduled to leave, dropped my kid off there and had a few hours of me-time! Big up to Pauline and Serena!

The dining area is over run by cats. The cats walk thru the dining area unabated for sometime with cat allergies or was very very concerning. Staff did their best to accommodate me, which actually meant i just stayed in my room

I was not pleased with the entertainment at night. Even the New Year's Eve dinner was nothing like when the Holiday Inn had it. I am very disappointed. There is a lot of room for improvement. No hot water in the shower The ladies that clean the rooms, I respect you. My dining room waitress. Keep on smiling, don't stop. This property has a lot of potential however small things need to be changed to make for greater experience. The staff has no idea what they’re doing. There’s no direction they ran out of towels and sheets and bedding blankets. The buffet is very bland. They have pop machines that are not working the staff are very slow. I think they need management to step up and make some major changes. The property itself is absolutely beautiful.
