We were close to the airport & other amenities such as Walmart, restaurants, etc. We did utilize the bedroom AC unit at night to sleep & did not hear planes overhead at all. The unit is a bit loud but that's my preference when I sleep white noise. The mattress was a bit firmer than we would have preferred so keep that in mind if you want a softer bed. Although smaller in reality than I thought it was from the online description, it still served us perfectly. 2 beautiful bedrooms, a kitchen, small living room area, and a side yard space for the dogs to exercise.
