"Great Location "

"This is a hostel. The rooms are private, clean, safe, and comfortable. There are 2 shower/ baths per floor and another bathroom w/o a shower. Management texted my info for parking, room entry, and building entry (lock on the front door). The location is convienent to lots of D/T. For the price (~$50 cheaper than a comparable hotel in the area), it was well worth it. "

"The carriage house was a very short drive to downtown in a quiet residential area. It was very private and very clean. Great spot for couples! If you're coming to Nashville to party, I'd recommend looking somewhere else as its located amongst a neighborhood of quiet house. "

"We were in town for our son's graduation at ETSU. We were 5 min from campus. Close to everything we needed. Location was private and quiet. Check in process was very easy. They even had games for the kids in the apartment. I would definitely stay here again. I felt the price was fair compared to other locations we have stayed at "
