"We had the most perfect Thanksgiving holiday at this property. It snowed a couple of feet I think and the kids had so much fun playing outside in the snow then warming up by the fire. Location is perfect for hitting the slopes at Winter Park or hitting Frasier for dinner. Would definitely recommend for families or even a romantic getaway. "

"Don’t say it’s a “shared” hot tub when there’s no other way into the backyard from this guesthouse. The hosts has a whole system of their Renjoy company set up as a 3rd party. They have their own 3rd party Renjoy website sent to you once it’s near the day of check in; info & rules of the house and stuff on there. "This is a very clean, very well equipped, and beautifully decorated basement walkout apartment. We stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting, just minutes from amenities, and a short drive from Pike's Peak. Twice we were rewarded with Elk walking past our patio, just steps away from us! (Unfortunately we didn't have our phones ready to take pics). The bed was quite comfortable, and the cozy living room provided comfortable seating areas, and a good selection...

Luckily, we stumbled upon opulent yet down home comfortable Keyah tucked outside the scenic mountain town of Pagosa. "We stayed at this guest house and it was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in the past 10 years! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal and there are two king size beds. One is a little firmer than the other and each has a nice thick comforter. There’s a fireplace in the living room, along with a smart TV, and the furniture is comfortable.
