"The management requests a specific time that guests will be checking in. If one is driving from hundreds of miles away, that can be hard to predict, and imposes extra pressure. "The guest service person was excellent! Helpful and professional! The outer exterior looked promising but as we enter the unit we were very disappointed in the furnishings. Tried to make it modern but did so with cheap materials. Bed had springs that made noise on every movement. The sheets were discolored and had holes and stains on the top cover. No shampoo or shower wash. Towels need replacing as grey and rough . Bleached to the point of fraying ! Only good part was the staff. The upgrades...

"I recommend this place to anyone that visits Havasu. It was under construction when we were there, but they are improving the grounds. The rooms were clean and cozy, the beds were very comfortable. I give the staff a 5 star rating!! I would recomend anyone visiting that is not looking to break the bank to stay here!! I know we will be staying there again."
