"Casa Altura is a beautiful home. The minute you walk in you'll be amazed by the gorgeous view from the large windows. Those pink-hued sunsets light up the backyard rock formation and pool and make for excellent gazing and photos. It was so homey and comfortable I was sad I booked so many activities outside the home! That being said, Casa Altura is a close drive to many restaurants and attractions. The park is literally right down the road. Eddie is a terrific and kind host. Our only regret is not staying a full week. Next time!"

"My family and I spent Thanksgiving here and had a good time. The host was really communicative and there were enough kitchen supplies for us to do our cooking as well as grill! The hot tub and fire pit were also really nice. For improvements, I think the lighting in the place could be a bit warmer to give an extra cozy vibe, and the dining table larger considering the size of the place. It's a bit too chilly to eat outside during colder months. During summer it would be really nice though. Overall a pleasant stay, thanks Natalie and Tyler!"

"Wonderful property, has everything advertised. Stargazing dome about back was a hit with the kids. A well stocked kitchen help with cooking. I would highly recommend for anyone going to Joshua tree. Host Eric is very responsive and helpful. Thanks!"

"Everything was exactly as expected. A great getaway. Quiet, safe, dark. The only thing that would have made it perfect would be a hot tub. That said, everything was just fine. Clean and comfortable.Responsive hosts. Would stay here again. "
