"Good check in and room was fine. When we returned from dinner, the toilet was not operating properly. It did not flush correctly. It was very late and we opted not to let front desk know and so we used the recycling pail to put water in bowl to flush. We will inform the staff of the problem."

"Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating and super quick to resolve a couple issues I had early in the stay. Rooms were nice and clean and hotel was pretty quiet for the most part-would recommend a top floor room though if you can get it as I ended up moving due to incredibly noisy neighbors above. Good location with easy highway access and lots of food/shopping nearby."

Comfortable Stay Close to Disney

"We love to stay here for our Disneyland trips. It is so convenient to walk to and from the park. Only takes about 7 minutes to walk from the hotel to Disney security. In the warmer months we have enjoyed the pool. Lots of pool activities for kids and adults of all ages to enjoy. There is a bar (or club?) upstairs, and the noise does reach the hotel rooms especially on Friday and Saturday nights. We don't usually mind because we're so tired from Disneyland that we sleep well anyways. If you're a light sleeper, just be prepared for some extra noise at night. Overall, this is a very comfortable stay that is closer to Disney than some of the Disney hotels. This is our go-to stay for our Disneyland trips and we will definitely return."
