"Stayed here for a week while visiting family. Stayed in the king suite which was plenty big enough for 4 of us. King bed was super comfy. Hired a car and always able to park. Shopping mall close by for a few bargains and a great location for Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente Pier. Hired bikes from San Clemente and had a fun morning going to Dana Point. Staff were always friendly and helpful and we would recommend staying here. Breakfast was handy for coffee in the morning...

"I like hotels where everything that's supposed to work works well, such as hot and cold water, good water pressure, temperature control for the room, WiFi, TV, etc. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast; nothing fancy, but good enough if you don't want to sit at breakfast all day. I recommend bringing $100 in cash for the room deposit because getting the refunded deposit with a credit card can be a long process."

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated Sergio in the dining area - he was always pleasant and attentive during the daily breakfast meals. The property is located right next to the Toy Story parking lot, which was extremely convenient. We would walk to the lot, then catch the Disney transportation to the park. The rooms could use some deep cleaning, but overall it was a great stay at this property. "

"Excellent location for Disney - walk to the Toy Story car park 5 mins away which gets you to Disney for free in about 10 mins and you bypass the security line at Disney as it’s done at the car park which saves a lot of time as the security que at the park was huge. Hotel itself is dated but clean and adequate and the staff are very friendly. "
