Il bagno doveva essere privato invece era condiviso. La scala a chiocciola era talmente piccola che non dava la possibilità di portare la valiglia in camera, quindi abbiamo dovuto lasciare la valiglia in cucina e fare su e giù con pigiami, intimo ed altro...molto scomodo.

Sehr schlechte Beschreibung in der Buchung. Check in nur morgens um 7 möglich und sonst keine Telefonnummer oder Ansprechpartner. Fahrt nach Mailand nur mit dem Taxi. Zimmer sind nicht abschließbsr und alles hellhörig.

Eine Übersetzter-App hat geholfen.Es kann niemand Englisch/Deutsch sprechen dort.Zu den Zimmern führt eine Wendeltreppe,wo mann schon Probleme hat einen Trolli hochzubekommen.Diese Wendeltreppe ist geeignet für Kinder und nicht für Erwachsene.Die Betten sind ein Zustand.Alles in allem würde ich dort kein zweites mal Buchen.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel!!! Je déconseille fortement
C'est un site pour hôtels, pourtant, c'est comme sur Air BnB!! Nous n'avons pu entrer (et non pas avoir les clefs car nous n'en avons pas eu) qu'à 18H00 et encore j'ai du négocier.. Nous devions partir à 9h00 du matin le lendemain car madame travail. Elle ne parle pas un mot français ni anglais donc compréhension très difficile même des mots espagnol elle ne comprends pas... Petit déjeuné payant. Nous a accueilli au bout d'une dizaine de minute que nous attendions dehors. La chambre est à l'étage et l'escalier est en "spirale" donc difficile d'accès déjà donc avec une valise c'était presque mission impossible. Les lits n'étaient pas en bon états ils grinçaient et étaient très inconfortables. Par ailleurs, comme nous pensions aller dans un hôtel, nous voulions faire la fête entre amies et rigoler tard le soir, mais madame à le sommeil léger donc aucuns bruits n'est tolérer. De plus, l'accueil n'était pas des pus serviable. Pour ne pas nous gâcher notre séjour à Milan, nous avons décider de quitter cette maison (et non hôtel) au plus vite. Nous avons à peine eu droit à un au-revoir. Tout ce qui l'intéressait c'était de savoir si on lui laissait l'argent pour la nuit quand même. Donc très déçue! Hôtel.com devrait vérifier que ce sont bien des hôtels et non chez l'habitant surtout s'il est présent!! Surtout que sur Air BnB c'était beaucoup moins chère et avait l'air plus plaisant et libre que ça! Nous avions choisi un hôtel pour être tranquille, c'était loin d'être le cas..
