Palazzo Delle Stelline

3.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (1002)
"I spent 1 night here and I can say that this hotel needs to be closed down. There are holes in the sheets, broken things both in the room and in the corridors... things that the staff thought it best to "fix" with tape because fixing things properly is apparently too difficult. The elevator doesn't work and guests have to climb 5 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases, but the staff doesn't offer to help. Hotel Cavour

"It was a totally fine hotel. Front desk was 24 hours and extremely helpful as we had an early departure and they arranged a cab. Breakfast was good. People were friendly. Our room had a balcony. Shopping and restaurants were walkable. But be warned The Last Supper must be booked months in advance. But the nearby church has a great cathedral if you like painted surfaces."

Hotel Milano Scala

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (1001)
"Staffs are amazing! The hotel is just located at the perfect location - closed to the main attractions and convenience for shopping. Hope the hotel can import the room’s condition - bath tube has no staircase and it’s too high which you need to climb in and out, after shower it’s too slippery, when I wanted to climb out from the bath tube after shower I almost fall down"
