"A bit difficult to find as it is in a pedestrianised zone and hotel parking is limited, but the place itself was very nice. Quote a distance from reception to our room in another part of the hotel, but we were right on the lake with lovely views. The room and bathroom were clean and adequate for our purposes (overnight stop). Breakfast was good, and we were lucky with the weather, so ate outside on the terrace. Plenty of restaurants in the area for evening meals."

They even went above and beyond by helping me print tickets for an event. The room, for a family of 4, had a spacious layout and the view was very impressive. "Fabulous location overlooking Lake Maggiore, and across the road from the ferry port, making it super-easy to visit the Borromeo Islands and even Switzerland! The room was beautifully clean and comfortable. What was particularly nice was the free coffee bar in the lounge and the "sweetie bar" in reception, and the welcome drinks & nibbles were an exceptional touch. Everything is within close walking distance, with lots of nearby restaurants and cafés. Would definitely stay here again."
