"This lovely flat is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Castle, Duomo, metro, etc. It is quiet and very safe. Check-in was easy, washer was useful, patio was a delightful space for a romantic dinner among the flowering plants. Highly recommend."

"The place was terrible. Looked Dilapidated. While the receptionists were trying to be cordial, the manager scolded them when there requested to book taxi's. Rooms did not have proper Wi-FI coverage, romm phone did not work, air conditining was centrally controlled and had no effect. No hot water Would not recommend this for stay. I am surprised Hotels.com even lists them without proper verification. Charges are exobitant for this hotel."
