"A beautiful hotel! Everyone was very kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. A bonus is the historic Villa Reale de Monza is just across the street. The tour is well worth the time. Shopping and dining is just a 15 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. "

"Hotel came recommended from friends and did not disappoint. The Villa Malpensa is charming. We had two well appointed rooms before an early flight out. A nice breakfast buffet begins at 5am. The shuttle service is quite convenient and staff all attentive. Grazie mille!"

"It was awkward the way the host treat me and my friends. The force runs out a few times during de night and the host acuses us of using something inside the room, but we even aren't there during the evening. In the morning, the problem continued and we couldn't even use the hair dryer properly. The power kept runing out with my hair dryer and the hotel one. It's absurd that we can't even have a nice shower and a hair clean and dry. "

"My suggestion is to provide better pillows, as in down. Memory foam are extremely uncomfortable. Also, there was not one English news channel available, neither CNN or BBC. Other than those two minor things the experience at the hotel was fine. It's really a lovely old Hotel. I've stayed here before and I will stay here again in the future when in Milan"
