This hotel was my favorite of my trip. Very hip and had a great vibe. The rooms were large and had great attention to detail, slippers & robes, a bottle of wine, turn down service. I will look for this chain of hotel while traveling in the future!

Loved everything about this hotel! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the location was perfect — so many shops and restaurants nearby! The room was decorated so nicely and our bathroom even had a Dyson hairdryer which was a plus! Will definitely consider booking again if I’m ever back in Milan.

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. I loved the design and decor. Room had everything you need and it was well maintained. The public areas as well. Staff is very attentive and they are always smiling and ready to assist you with anything you need. I go to Milan at least once a year and this is now my home in Milan.

We really liked the location, room and decoration. The service was also excellent. The possibility to chat with the reception via WhatsApp at any point during the day definitely is a plus. On the downside, our sleep quality was not great. We found the bed to be very hard (personal preference) and woke multiple times a night due to noises on the hallway and outside (despite closed windows).

A remarkably pleasant and well-balanced hotel. Good location, nearby metro, restaurants, and shops. Quiet at night. Modern, trendy, clean interiors (we had a 'La Tailor-Made' room). Rather hard bed, though. Varied (but not lavishly so) breakfast. Kind and helpful staff (greetings, Giulia!). Overall one of our nicest hotel experiences, and we've seen quite a few, including in much higher price categories.
