"The hotel is almost perfect. Breakfast is top notch. Three minor things: 1. We stay at the 2nd floor. There are constantly humming sound from trolly every few minutes. I think it did not happen during late night. I think this only happen for lower floor. So try to ask for a high floor if you are a light sleeper. 2. The hotel has a self service laundry room. There is only one washer/dryer there. The day when we try to use. Looks like the hotel employee is also using it to wash a lot bath robes....

"I have stayed at other UNA Hotels and found this one to be one of my favorites simply because the staff were so very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival I was offered a glass of Prosecco while we were given a rundown of the city, best places to eat, shop, and just walk. We took them up on their offer to make reservations for us, and were not disappointed, great food and again, very friendly staff. The service from the staff was exceptional. The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here...
