"I was pleasantly surprised at how elevated and beautiful Hilton Lake Como is as a property. The views from the Restaurant and Terrace are absolutely stunning. I will definitely stay here again. Front Desk was amazing customer service. The food was actually very good. I ordered room service a few times and I ate at the restaurant on site which was delicious."

"I paid for the same room as my friend but she got a tub and a bigger room, I got a smaller room and no tub. There is no spa in this place. In the colder months a spa and a massage service would be a great. "

"My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The staff including the owner were fantastic. So nice and pleasant. The property is definitely a three star but I can confidently say they are working in it as we speak. The owners bought the property about one year ago and are continuing to upgrade it. "Breathtaking views out of the surrounding windows as you had breakfast every morning. Wonderful cocktails made by the bar with comfortable seating areas to enjoy some relaxation time. All of the staff were very helpful in getting dinner reservations and answering questions. The car service to take you and pick you up was also amazing. "

"We had a wonderful stay all around, food was good the little shuttle bus was very convenient, the only small issue was the WiFi. We wished the inside pool would have been a little warmer.. this hotel provides a great value for the cost."
