"We chose this hotel because it was one of the few in the south beach area with a 2 bedroom suite. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby, bar and restaurant area are nicely furnish but arriving at 3 p.m. prime time afternoon we couldn’t get a cold drink or a bite to eat until 6 p.m. and would have to go to filling station next door for food and drink. "Did not like the beds which were too hard and the pillow much to large. Back ache every morning. One elevator was broken and the numbers on both of the others did not operate correctly. First room we could not get into as the door lock battery did not work. They switched us to another. No wrist bands either for 2 days. The door handle and lock were broken on our bathroom. We have been several times and the hotel is starting to show it's age. Needs to be better maintained. Love the extra...
