"This home is very nice and clean. You can hear the waves crashing all day and night. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor furniture. Wifi works great. Air conditioning also works great. I would not recommend staying here if you do not speak Spanish. We had trouble checking in and I was with a local friend who spoke Spanish. There also was not a book or guide to help with our stay, so I would also recommend looking up things to do in the area and how to get to them before arriving....

"Amazing vistas, good whale watching, very nice unit, and great common spaces. Located about 2 minutes past Mismaloya by car. No walking but you will not want to leave the roof top or pool decks. Bring binoculars and groceries and bevies, as limited shopping and no working bar/ cafe on site. Wonderful get away and part of the Bay of Banderas that must be seen.
