"Place was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Pool was nice, of course they can't control the weather in SF! Area around the hotel was decent. Lots of restaurants on Polk St. Short bus ride to Chinatown."

"Stayed here after a show at the chase center. Wonderful spot. Much better than the last SF hotel we stayed at. Staff was super nice and helpful. Parking attendant called the room right away to tell us my friend ledt her phone in the car and if she wanted it. Room was super clean. Great view. There is not a lot of homeless camping neaby. Which was our last experience. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Anytime i come back i will stay here and the price is very good too."

"This is a very nice hotel that is an updated take on a historical building. All staff are friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was just the right size for two people. While the bathroom does not have a proper counter, it has everything you need. If you need more space, this might not be the right call. We also like the lounge upstairs open Thursday- Sunday. Beautiful views of the city and very lively. Starbucks is almost adjacent to the hotel for easy grab and go. "
