"The Krystal Grand is a beautiful property, well kept, very clean, with very tentative and friendly staff. The food in the buffets was very tasty with a lot of variety and very good quality and friendy staff. We especially enjoyed interacting with Esther at breakfast each day. She is a delight, very outgoing, funny and a good server. The ala cart restaurants were very nice atmosphere, great food and professional staff. The bar staff at the adult pool were very good and made sure everyones drinks were full. The staff all over the resort were always asking if everything was good. We were pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade to Altitude Club on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. The staff in the Altitude Lounge were very helpful, especially Yaneisy who went above and beyond to help buy flowers for my wife's 65th birthday. The beach is great, perfect for long walks and swimming and an easy walk to Bucerias."

"Very nice property and great staff. My only complaint is that it is noisy. I’m not talking about the music and pool activities (it is the Hard Rock after all) but the rooms and hallways are noisy. The hallways are like echo chambers. I suspect other beach resorts are the same since they can’t have carpeting on the floors. Still I enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend this resort"

"A very comfortable and accommodating hotel.The place is new and spotless. The staff, in every department are friendly, helpful and very efficient.Only drawback is there is only one access to the beach around 20 to 25 minutes away. Not the hotel's fault but maybe the Nayarit government could reach some agreement with any one of the local resorts to provide public access"
