"Had to pay for parking, military discount was available and the receptionist said it was to late to get it... parking entrance was under the building the hotel door through the garage was supposed to be accessed by your room key, but there were some sketchy guys in the parking lot that had the door opened to be able to go in and out as the pleased it made us feel unsafe thank God it was our last night there. Just be careful before booking here if you are like us not from the area and didn't know...

"Staff was great, excellent coffee in Hotel office, room was clean and updated. Minor things still needed fixed in room but nothing that would prevent me from staying again. I felt safe and the pool area is very nice."

"Loved everything about our stay on The Queen Mary. We arrived the day before our cruise and took advantage of the location for our stay. The Queen Mary staff were extremely polite and so attentive to guests. We felt like first class passengers on the very nicely refurbished ship. Lunch at the Promenade Cafe was delicious and evening drinks at the Observation Bar were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunset. Our room had 2 very comfortable queen beds. "Day staff was great and the night man was rude and uncooperative. Too small breakfast area for amount of guests. Had to pay for parking which is ridiculous!!"
