"Had to pay for parking, military discount was available and the receptionist said it was to late to get it... parking entrance was under the building the hotel door through the garage was supposed to be accessed by your room key, but there were some sketchy guys in the parking lot that had the door opened to be able to go in and out as the pleased it made us feel unsafe thank God it was our last night there. Just be careful before booking here if you are like us not from the area and didn't know...

"My room smelled like smoke, the carpet was stained the lights didn’t work, phone also didn’t work, track molding on light fixture kept falling off and when I went to the front desk for extra towel and blanket the staff member told me “that for future reference I needed to do all requests before 11pm”. The staff member threw a bag of towels on the counter away from me instead of handing them to me. I would have if I’d known that no one was going to be there. We got back late due to my son winning...
