Not sure if all the rooms experience the same issue, but The adjoining wall to my room was very thin and I got woken up around 5 AM. Sounded like someone was doing a conference call?! Couldn’t get back to bed. Kinda ruined the experience after being up for 24 hours and hoping to get a good night of sleep. Room, facilities, and staff were good however. Maybe bring earplugs just in case.

It was very safe! I love all of security features in place. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Our neighbors were noisy after 2am and hotel staff addressed the issue immediately-loved that! We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located in a nice place. It is quiet, convenient. Only issue is there is no free parking like the other best western hotel. We need to pay 23$ for underground parking.Though the staff said there maybe street parking for free but actually there is no availability on street parking when we arrived.
