"Hotel is very clean and staff is friendly. Walkable to the Pike and to convention center. Went for a weekend music festival and it was the perfect location. I would have given 5 stars but (1) none of the USB plugins worked in our room, we were lucky enough to have packed our USB 'boxes' as the standard outlets worked fine for charging (2) took our Do Not Disturb sign off but never received maid service so when we returned late at night, we had to request towels from front desk (3) after a very...
