"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were super friendly and attentive. It’s a great location with everything within walking distance. The hotel was very clean. We had a problem with the shower hose and the maintenance replaced the hose in the shower within in a hour. I highly recommend staying here. We definitely will be returning to stay here next time we are in Long Beach. "

"Honestly, this is one of the saddest place we've stayed at. Just not clean. Things needed fixing. Sharp broken floor tiles. Not a single shelf in the bathroom. The extra towels they gave us were dingy af and halfway see-through. They should fix up the place with what they are charging or reduce price. Idk. Unfortunately this is probably a good price for the area. We never felt unsafe but was told I couldn't smoke cannabis outside of our room. I thought this was California??"
