"We stayed in villa 9 which is a nice sized studio. It has a very nice, well equipped kitchen and a very good sized bathroom and shower. Very nicely decorated. No elevator so be prepared to climb stairs but who doesn’t need a little exercise every day. It had great views of the ocean from the room and blackout curtains for that early morning sun and the rooftop is very nice with gorgeous views as well. There’s a pool on the ground level which my husband enjoyed and it’s just a short few blocks...

"This is good property with walking distance to beach. However, It is not ideal for people with disabilities as you have to take a few steps to the first floor and then walk down a street that is relatively steep. They were great with communication. If you need to purchase grocery just ask staff and they will assist. Restaurants were located about 10 minutes away. "

"This place is a solid 3 star, with potential to be a 5 star. They really need to invest some money to upgrade simple things, like the sheets, drapes, patio furniture and cooking wear. The property has so much potential, it's beautiful with amazing views. But it's run down, and they seem to just fix everything by painting it... literally our fridge had a wet coat of paint on it when we arrived. We had to unclog two drains to get them to drain. Still, we had a good stay for 8 days, and our room...

"The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed at for 5 days was spacious with a big kitchen, fully equipped with a microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishes. It also had 2 large terraces for lounging and entertaining and a huge king sized bed in each bedroom with its own full shower and a washer/dryer. "this property is super unique and was like staying in your own jungle bungalow. beautiful construction, minimal style, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. quiet and private. you can’t get any closer to the beach in san pancho unless you book a room overlooking the beach - location was perfect. host was very communicative. we would definitely stay here again!"

"The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place."
