"This hotel has an amazing view of the Ocean. The one thing I would recommend is a change in the dinner menu. Even if they simply prepared a special dinner each night for the guest that is completely different from the main menu. That would keep a lot of guests staying and letting friends know about this facility. The only problem we had was the power and water in Tower 1. They did move it’s to a different room after a few days which helped greatly. Overall it is a very friendly hotel and many people willing to help with anything."

"Our party of nine enjoy our stay very much. It's a lovely property with a really nice beach which is what we love. There were so many interactive options to participate in, such as bingo, ping pong, dance and yoga to list a few. The food was very good and the Japenense evening full of fun and laughs. Cannot comment on the night life as we didn't partake, but my guess is that was fun too. Afternoon pool fun and plenty of places to shade. This was my first Iberostar stay, and I would definitely consider another. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, the guys on the beach working those chairs and umbrella were AWESOME and so attentive. "

"This was the perfect getaway for us. Spent 2 weeks at the Mio. The rooms were clean and modern with decent house keeping. They have purified ice and water machines on every floor so you can keep your bottle topped up. Free secure parking, very friendly and helpful staff. Initially, we had the room 347 right under the gym, some users got there very early in the morning and was very loud banging from dropping dumbbells or stacks, the front desk promptly moved us to a better room. I would recommend they delay the gym opening until 8am for the sake of the guests below. The gym is nice and air conditioned btw. The roof top pool is amazing, plenty of room to get a good spot in the morning. We opted for the breakfast which usually was a very good buffet but a few days were a-la-cart. Not as many options but still excellent. To get to the beach you do have to walk a block or so down to public access but that is ok, a walk will do you good. short walk to the mall and Starbucks at Paradise Village. A few good restaurants next door. Overall, for the good price, it is excellent value and experience. "

"My wife is very particular. Sh inspects cups, looks for hair- brings her own cleaning supplies. She didnt have to do much because the room was perfectly clean. Fun atmosphere with lots to do. definitely coming back again"
