"Staff were lovely and happy to help with anything you needed. Smell of the hotel when arriving (and throughout) was impeccable and gave a fresh feeling to it, booked family rooms and the size of the room was perfect "

Your receptionist on Sunday morning was very helpful when we checked out and asked if there was anything she could do for my husband which was very nice of her, but he just wanted to get home as he was feeling poorly"

"Staff were excellent, without exception. Warm and friendly and entirely welcoming. The bed was comfortable either side of the centreline, although very obviously two singles zipped together which made for a dip in the middle. Blackout curtains were a positive too. Downsides: soundproofing is poor. You can hear every door closing and too many conversations from other rooms. The shower pressure was painfully weak (but the water was always reliably hot on demand). Finally, if you have mobility issues make sure you book an accessible room, otherwise you will be faced with a plethora of small staircases and a menagerie of random doors. "

"By far the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in, we had a king size bed which was stunning and there were 2 different really cool bars which we tried. The staff were friendly and both bar tenders in particular really looked after us. We want to come back again."
