This hotel feels like home. The staff are so friendly and happy to help. And their breakfast is very good. I stayed here to visit family in hospital so getting on the motorway was quick and easy this less to think about. Also sufficient parking to always find a spot.

When I phoned to confirm my booking for two rooms, 3 family members and a dog, made through a third party app., the reception staff rearranged the automated room booking to offer linked rooms which made everything a lot easier. Clean, modern rooms and a great inclusive breakfast.

Given this hotel is so close to the M5 we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was inside this hotel. Lots of parking spaces with a fast food outlet and a restaurant next door Room was lovely. Staff very helpful and polite. Would definitely go back.
