"Lovely Edwardian room with high ceilings. The room also offers a fridge, microwave and also tea/coffee making facilities. Nice big telly too instead of the usual small ones. The breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff and very helpful. I would definitely stay again"

"Had a lovely meal in the pub and the staff were super helpful and kind. Our booking seemed to have come through very late so the room and especially the bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. But the room had warmed up after we’d had dinner. Did a great and varied walk up along the tops then down into Great Malvern and back along bridleways so it was really well located for that. Dog friendly too."

"Ideally located for us as visiting family that live in Charlton Kings and didn’t want to stay in central Cheltenham where most hotels don’t have dedicated parking. The room however felt a bit dated and the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. My husband resorted to sleeping on the floor for a couple hours the last morning. "

"Good place for the price. It's unstaffed so you'll have to make a phone call to pay for your room and get the code for the self-service locks. Only facilities I found lacking was the fact that there wasn't a single mirror and I had to buy my own."

"Stayed in the balcony room, was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and comfortable, had a mini kitchen with microwave and all equipment you could need for a short stay. Excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking available outside, approx £4 for 2 hours, but from 6pm - 8am it is free, we got up at 8am to put a ticket on just in time before the Traffic Warden arrived so be aware of this. Only issue we had was that you are unable to control the heating in any way. Room was cold...
