"We loved staying at ‘La Casita’! It was clean, had very nice furnishings and good location allowing easy walking distance to anywhere in La Jolla. There was a lovely private patio with great sun exposure. Good amenities; tv, internet, nice towels. "

"I love this little beach house. We have stayed there the last 2 summers for a week. It steps away from the beach and close to Belmont Park. I love that the family could come and go as we pleased because it was so close to things- sometimes doing things together and sometimes apart. We had a fun and relaxing time. I was hoping to book again this summer but it looks to be blocked with grey. Maybe next time. "

"We had a nice stay! The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do, and we felt really safe in the quiet neighborhood. A couple of small additions, like extra pillows, fluffier towels for the bathrooms, and some warm blankets, would have made our stay even cozier, especially since the weather was chillier than we expected.It would also be great to get a welcome email with WiFi details and some tips about the house. For instance, we eventually figured out that the shower by the game room...

"It’s quiet, clean, no one bothers you. Definitely book for a weekend trip, and they give you binder to give you all the information you could possibly need. You can call them for help if needed which is a plus!"

"We were so impressed with the property. It was everything that the photos showed. The short walk to the beach was awesome and we enjoyed daily morning walks along the boardwalk. Restaurants and grocery stores were within walking distance. I cannot stress how conveniently located this property is. We will be back!! :) "

"The property is very close to SDSU and most major San Diego attractions. It is a multi level home so if you have loved ones with mobility issues it will be a lot of stairs. It is a very large space, wnough for a large group of people. Very Nice stay overall!"

" This is the best location in town. Hillcrest is so close to 'the central park' of San Diego ("Balboa Park) that you can walk south to the Zoo in 12 minutes, not to mention the other 17 museums inside Balboa, the green jewel of the tenth largest city of the country. Better yet, the whole neighborhood is residential, walkable, and close to a dozen great restaurants on University Ave to the north. Is it a secret? "We stayed here for a sibling reunion, everyone coming from different states. The place was beautiful and accommodated all 6 of us beautifully. We walked to restaurants, rode the bikes around the island and took the Ferry across. The only issue we had was with the bugs. We had to spray several times but found out later that these are prominent this time of the year for everyone on the island. Would recommend this lovely home on Coronado."

"The house was perfect for us! We had 7 adults and one 7-yr old stay as a family for a birthday vacation for my mom’s 60th. The house was clean, we did a quick cold plunge in the pool and sat in the hot tub. I can’t emphasize how cute the neighborhood was. There’s a dirt road around the corner that took us to Portside coffee by the yachts/boats. We loved it!"

"The place is super cute, very comfortable great location and has parking around it. We cooked many nights in the spacious well stocked kitchen and even used the BBQ a few times. Would definitely use again."

"My family and I had the best time in San Diego, thanks in large part to this wonderful location right on the beach. Our party included my wife and me (38 & 40), her parents (both 70), and our children plus a girlfriend (21, 20, 14, 6, & 4) and even among that wide range of ages everyone enjoyed this house. "Bay side is quiet with beautiful views. The sunrises are amazing. Many restaurants within walking distance. If you’re looking to people watch two blocks over to the ocean side. Enjoyed the comfy bed and deck to watch the wildlife and others enjoying the water. Would stay again"
