"Lovely place in a great neighborhood. Responsive hosts and the first time that I didn't have to work to check out. Be aware that the patio is open air. Only wish was a bedside lamp or a way to turn out the lights from bed"

"Property was exactly as stated, more so in my opinion. The grounds are nicely manicured, pool and jacuzzi clean and just a few feet away from the casita. Jennifer was super welcoming and available when needed. The casita itself was as described, perfect for my daughter and I. In and out privileges with gate code. Easy access to highway and shopping. Felt safe and secure. Peaceful and serene. Would definitely stay again!"

"We had a group of 4 female coworkers that needed a place close to our workshop. We need space to sleep but also have quick meetings. The space worked well for our needs was close to everything. Street parking is always a challenge but it worked out"

"I booked a trip to stay near my family for the holidays. I was pleased to hear it was okay to bring my two small dogs. The loft is absolutely stunning with amazing views and the perfect size for a couple and some furbabies. The owner was very communicative throughout the entire process and made sure we were comfortable. I will definitely book again in the future!"

Easy freeway access. Very private with parking right in her driveway. Full kitchen with stove and oven. I slept like a baby because it was so quiet at night! "This property is terrific for just 2 people. If you have rented a car it is absolutely a gem because you can park in the garage! Parking in Loma Heights is extremely hard to find— on the street is it and that’s at a premium!. Scott was very responsive, excellent communicator but did not intrude! He made it very easy for us!"

"We stayed here for a few days and it was a comfortable stay except for the heat. The kitchen/ dinning space that you walk into is not air conditioned so when you first walk in its hot in there. It cools down after awhile but we stayed in the bedroom for the most part. If you plan on traveling around and not staying in the space all day it serves it's purpose. Maybe the next upgrade they do is install a split unit in the rooms that can be programmed to cool down a couple hours before you arrive....

"Bay side is quiet with beautiful views. The sunrises are amazing. Many restaurants within walking distance. If you’re looking to people watch two blocks over to the ocean side. Enjoyed the comfy bed and deck to watch the wildlife and others enjoying the water. Would stay again"
