I recently books a stay at the Best Western Seven Seas, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. Upon entering my room, I was shocked to find profanities written on the headboard of one of the beds. This was not only disgusting but also completely unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. While the staff and supervisor were polite and compliant in offering a refund, there was no effort to keep us there, offer a room change, or otherwise make the situation better. It felt as though they were more interested in getting rid of the problem than in resolving it. It was my own fault for expecting a higher standard from this property, but the reality was a hotel price for what felt like a budget motel experience. I will not be returning, and I recommend others look elsewhere if they’re seeking even a basic level of cleanliness and hospitality.
