"Visited this hotel in it's former life as The Inn at Laguna Beach so I knew the location was fabulous and remembered sunset drinks on the terrace at happy hour fondly. "The most uncomfortable bed ever- had to leave in the middle of the night. Rooms on the first floor are actually underground and smell of must and mold. No sunlight enters down there either. Very disappointed."

"The Ranch at Laguna Beach is one of my favorite properties in the world. The serene setting in the canyon is unbelievable. Add that to the farm-to-table restaurant, amazing golf course, and incredibly friendly, attentive staff and this resort deserves to be rated one of the top in the world. It feels like a luxury getaway and home all at the same time. Cannot speak highly enough about our experience here, and will be returning soon."

"Had a great stay here with family! The hotel itself is older, the rooms have had a facelift. The beach is within walking distance and the hotel has everything you may need for a day on the sand! Boogie boards, chairs, towels! The staff (shout out to Patrick!) were great and the breakfast was a nice little touch! We will be back."
