The property exemplifies luxurious contemporary living with warm old-world charm. This house is very clean and comfortable. Centrally located and to have parking in California is great. The kitchen is well stocked and the beach access across the street is wonderful.

Here for a wedding just down the road so location was perfect. Parking spot a plus. Walk to the Drake for great food & music! Property was clean & comfy. Shower in main bathroom was tiny - one of us was not so tiny, but he managed. Back patio very relaxing, though it was quite hot during the day. Communication with host was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Beach Vacation Sancturary
This house truly was a sanctuary by the beach. From our mornings on the zen garden patio to our evenings watching the sunsets from the rooftop deck, it was all so amazing! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was ideal, with Victoria beach close by and downtown Laguna a short trolly ride away. We are definitely looking forward to coming again! This truly is a hidden gem!

Fun Stay
Back patio was a highlight. Good to have a parking spot in Laguna. Easy walk to The Drake & Starfish for dinners & less than 10 minutes to the beach. We found the K bed to be too soft but that's a personal preference. One of 2 showers too small to use comfortably. Apt was clean. Good communication.

We were traveling for a wedding at the Montague. This is an excellent alternative to a hotel stay. Very close to this resort. Would stay here again. Would not consider otherwise.

A little Oasis
This furnished-with-love penthouse has access to a wonderful hidden terrace, giving you the feeling of having arrived in an oasis! The host is wonderful- very helpful and welcoming. Walking distance from the beach and even downtown Laguna!

We loved staying here. The apartment is beautiful and interesting, AND immaculate. The patio is so lovely and the rooftop terrace is a special treat. The space accommodated our family —four adults and a 19 month old—quite well. The host was so personable and helpful, both before our travels and while we were there! An absolutely delightful stay!

Amazing property next to the water
This apartment worked perfectly for our trip to Laguna! It’s a perfect size for two couples and we easily fit a pack and play for our son in our room. The kitchen is a great size and it has a gorgeous back patio and roof deck that has views of the ocean! It’s a quick drive to the main downtown of Laguna!

Wonderful stay
My husband and I stayed at the hidden gem for a few days and just loved it. It's in a great location in Laguna. Central to everything. Very cool art and decor. Comfortable beds. Lovely outdoor patio and rooftop deck. Just bring your wine and snacks and go enjoy this lovely place.

Fantastic vacation rental in a fantastic location
We had a wonderful stay at Bill and Paul’s place. Perfect location and perfect space. The apartment had every amenity imaginable and the outdoor space was breathtaking. Great location and lively property. The bedding was amazing. I live in the back country where there is no traffic, therefore extremely quiet. This location was close in proximity to so much but unfortunately the bedrooms are located on the street side so if your not used to quiet (like my brother) but you may want earplugs if your anything like me…again the bedding was worth it! Great place, would highly recommend.

Given the pricing, this property is a great value for this location. Since the property is directly on South Coast Hwy, there can be traffic noise. The rooftop deck & sitting area is awesome and could be even better if the wifi worked up there!

Pictures don't do justice. This is real Laguna. Artwork, decor, and attention to detail is impeccable. Please add a Brita water container is the one thing to add. Recommended to all my local friends.

Perfect location
Exactly what was needed for family of 5 on a 4 day getaway. Great location(10 min walk to one of the most beautiful beaches, treasure island and 5 min walk to the beach across the street). Able to wake up every morning and enjoy coffee and the ocean. Stocked with more then enough linen and toiletries. Prompt and attentive hosts. Never had a problem. Parking spot is tight(good for sedan) and steep flight of stairs up to the penthouse (not a big issue). Everything was great.

Exactly as advertised
The apartment is exactly as advertised and reviewed. Great location - a few minute walk to the beach and a couple of miles from downtown. Some reviews talk about street news and it is correct that the two bedrooms are on the coastal highway side but none of us heard it (accept if a very loud motorcycle drove by). We were never woken up during the night. Hosts also have sound machines in each room. Sleeper sofa was a problem (not comfortable as others have stated and broken) but they are replacing it this week so it won’t be a problem going forward. One of my friends slept on the living room couch and it was super comfortable. It felt like a bed due to its size and cushion. The back patio is idyllic. Great place to hang out. And the hosts are great communicators.
