"Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside with plenty of facilities including restaurants, pool, laundry services and a Disney store. Free buses outside hotel to Maihama train/bus station or to the Disney shuttle station which is also just 5 minutes walk which takes you to Disneyland or DisneySea entrances and not that expensive. "I have visited Japan 5 times now and this hotel is by far the best! The rooms are spacious, very nice and so clean. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms get cleaned every day. The breakfast was also incredible!"
