"My husband and I stayed in this hotel on the way to BC and coming back and overall nice, clean and friendly staff . . BUT rooms are not sound proof at all!! You can literally hear people stomping upstairs and in beside rooms, talking and doors opening and closing. I had to wear ear plugs and turn on a fan app on my phone and still constantly got woken up all night long "

"Beautiful hotel and bed & pillows are very comfortable. Dined at restaurant onsite and the food is delicious and very expensive. Disappointed that they did not offer hot breakfast given it is considered a “plus” hotel . Provided granola bars, low quality packaged muffins, coffee and juice. "

"Superb hotel. Good location for Fernie ski resort. Loved the breakfast! Very tasty. Nice treat with 24/7 coffee machine and delicious cookies in the lobby. Great staff. I usually use the pools and tubs a lot. Really unimpressed with this one BW (right in the middle of the main lobby with ALOT of huge windows viewing the pool and tub (ewwww). Will come back for sure. Strongly recommend. 10/10"
