Great check in and an upgrade, suites are excellent. Only thing not great is the service in Mackenzie Commons Pub- they need better trained serving staff!

We've stayed here multiple times. Staff is great..always. Current construction is obnoxiously loud. We didnt realize the building are so different or we would have requested the main building. We really enjoy the sheltered hot tub that looks out at Begbie...especially when the weather was like this past weekend. The building we were in had an outdoor, fully exposed hot tubs and pool. The detour for the Cabot road construction should also be communicated...not a big deal...but arriving in the dark with small signage was challenging. We'll be back...but this wasn't the experience that we typically rave about.

This is a great property. New build with a new spa complex coming soon. Extremely spacious room and an awesome property all around. Would definitely come back.
