"If not for the excellent location (walking distance to Kailua town, and the sunset views are spectacular), I would seriously consider staying somewhere else on my next trip (approx. every 3-5 years). The exorbitant resort fee is a ripoff, and to charge for self-parking ABOVE AND BEYOND the fee is almost criminal. "This was a full condo. It was spacious and comfortable. No daily housekeeping and no beach access. Just be aware—this property is part of a Wyndham timeshare and the activities desk at check-in will press you to sign up for a timeshare presentation. "

Spacious, comfy, and convenient.

"So amazing. Location was great. The property has multiple pools and hot tubs and tennis courts, volleyball courts, playground, a restaurant, a place you can rent beach gear, and more. The apartment had a large l, full sized appliance, furnished kitchen with a blender, coffee maker, and washer and dryer. Dining table, nice living area, large balcony. One room had two full beds. A common bath. The primary bedroom had a king bed with different pillow options and a large en suite with a two person deep tub and large walk-in shower. There’s a good size closet and vanity area also. Both bedrooms have large TVs. "
