"Great hotel in the heart of Kona! Walkable to Kona Brewery, shopping, and more. Parking was paid but super convenient at the hotel. Rooms were large, clean, and had great amenities. Breakfast was the perfect way to start the day and every staff member we interacted with was kind and professional. We'll be back on our next trip to Big Island!"

"We loved the ocean view room — it was large with a comfortable bed with hypoallergenic bedding options, and it had lots of storage room for clothing — 2 closets and 4 large drawers. I have stayed in several luxury hotels/ resorts in the past and the friendly service here was beyond compare. Our only minor complaint was that the lighting could be improved in the bathroom, and there was a lack of hooks or drawers in the bathroom. "

"Location on the water & in town is perfect. Concierge Adam was excellent & very helpful . Check in was 3pm & room wasn’t ready until 5 pm. Self serve laundry is a plus. Bar service at hotel pool area was SLOW. Overall I would stay again."
