"The staff was amazing, however for the price of their rooms they should be a lot more clean! The paint on the wall was damaged, the keurig coffee machine was filthy with old coffee grounds and dust. The bathtub had a ring around it and the walls of the bathroom was filthy with splattered and visible dirt and spills on it. I think more ammenities like a refrigerator and microwave would be nice and a working iron and soft sheets. The sheets on the bed was extremity rough. I slept in a blanket i...

"Great hotel in the heart of Kona! Walkable to Kona Brewery, shopping, and more. Parking was paid but super convenient at the hotel. Rooms were large, clean, and had great amenities. Breakfast was the perfect way to start the day and every staff member we interacted with was kind and professional. We'll be back on our next trip to Big Island!"
