"Beautiful grounds very clean lovely decor. Resturant staff excellent v friendly and efficient. However arrival and departure procedures were lacking in warmth and pleasantrie normally expected from reception staff. We had to ask where the dinning room was and how to get to the room. "

"Bar and restaurant is shut, nothing on my booking to say this, looks like they open it when they feel like it, as it was set for a wedding for next day. when i asked staff all i got was "it says on their website it is shut, and this has happened before hotels.com hasnt updated their information". Nice pub down the road where we spent all evening instead"
