"Excellent one night stop. Room was fantastic but no heating and there was a lot of furniture in front of the radiator. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant. It’s well presented and tasty. Found the bar expensive but I suppose that’s the economy these days."

"Really nice pub, convenient for Ludlow and the Shropshire Hills. Winter weekend break for us, nice big clean quiet room, comfy bed, plenty of space and large bathroom. All the staff very friendly and efficient, had a nice meal there - steak well cooked - and the breakfast was tasty, good quality ingredients and served quickly and with a smile. "We are a group of friends who meet annually, we had a good time and the house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable , spacious and fairly well equipped. The outside spaces were especially welcome as we had great weather and the views from the house are superb. Thank you"
