"Really nice pub, convenient for Ludlow and the Shropshire Hills. Winter weekend break for us, nice big clean quiet room, comfy bed, plenty of space and large bathroom. All the staff very friendly and efficient, had a nice meal there - steak well cooked - and the breakfast was tasty, good quality ingredients and served quickly and with a smile. "This was a beautiful place, both the gardens and the actual rental. Rental was an amazing converted barn with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and a lounge and bathroom upstairs with vaulted ceilings and well equiped modern kitchen. Everything about the rental was first class. Rob greeted us on arival and was always available if needed. We used the rental as a base to visit, Ludlow, Hay-on-wye, severn valley railroad, Croft Castle and Ironbridge. All were easy drives of an hour or...

"We are a group of friends who meet annually, we had a good time and the house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable , spacious and fairly well equipped. The outside spaces were especially welcome as we had great weather and the views from the house are superb. Thank you"
