"Great stay in a panoramic view room of the park. They even upgraded me to the panoramic view suite. Best hotel stay for awhile as good view and everything was easy at the hotel. No stress. Comfortable bed too. Fast elevators. Recommended when you go to NYC."

From the door staff to reception and the cleaners every member of staff we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was a great size. Huge comfortable bed. The view wasn’t great as we just faced an internal courtyard and essentially looked onto other peoples rooms, but the hotel did seem busy and had we paid for a more expensive room I’m sure we’d have...

"It is close to many shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only downsize is that it didn't come with a mini fridge. The space was small so I don't know where they would have put it anyway."
