"This condo is clean and functional. Both bathrooms are on the main floor so be aware that people in the upstairs bedroom will have to travel down stairs to use the facilities. Beds were comfortable. "Our group of 10 included two young kids. The calm water and white sandy beach out front was perfect. There are Palapas and lounge chairs available for use on the beach. It is easy to walk to the big grocery store - Súper Chedraui Selecto. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. The beach out front is arguably the best beach in Cancun.
